Recruiting Process

Our recruitment process consist of several stages and is designed to identify the right people with the right skills for our team. We encourage you to send us your application and will invite you to a personal interview or set up a conference call in case of interest. We conduct the interview as a two-way dialogue so that we can get to know each other. The interview gives us the opportunity to learn about your capabilities and motivation, while giving you a chance to get to know our people and our culture. The length of any internship will be between 4 and 6 months.
